Meet Our Team
Our highly qualified and caring team will help your child develop and be prepared for their first day at school. All personnel are subject to Police and background checks prior to being employed and wear a uniform in order to be easily identifiable. Everyone involved in childcare at Delaware is fully qualified and will undergo continual training to ensure that they are fully up-to-date with the latest recommendations and practices.
We operate a Key Person System which allows staff to dedicate quality time on an individual basis to enhance learning and enjoyment. They will oversee your child’s time at Delaware, plan their development through the educational stages, regularly review their progress and maintain their record of achievement.
The Pre-School keeps a Record of Achievement for each child called an “All about me”. Staff and parents work in partnership on their children’s file to help us celebrate together their achievements and plan their next steps.
